What is the iMA ?

How does the iMA work ?

Psychologists tell us that 90% of everything we do is habitual.

Our habits form a pattern of behaviour, where we feel the most comfortable most of the time.

iMA High Red - What Colour are You ?

There are 4 dominant patterns of behaviour. Each dominant pattern has:

  • Specific behavioural traits
  • Strengths
  • Weaknesses
  • Preferred ways of giving and receiving information

The iMA Questionnaire determines the dominate pattern and uses the language of colour to identify each style.

The iMA Image is displayed on the profile telling others how he/she likes to communicate.

No adjustment is required for those sharing the same style.

When the behavioural style differs then adaptability is required to create chemistry. The iMA system gives clues as to adapt to each style, and communicate in a way that maximises understanding.
